  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup green bell peppers
  • 1 cup red bell peppers
  • 1 cup yellow bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup diced avocado
  • 1 cup cooked black beans
  • 1 cup cooked corn
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Chicken Breast

  • 1 lbs chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp curry



  1. Throw all ingredients, except avocado, into a bowl and combine.

  2. Add in your avocado and spices and mix

  3. Serve with chips or


  1. Heat up oil in your grilling pan and lay chicken breast on pan

  2. Add in your spices and fry until brown or fully cooked.

  3. Chop chicken breasts into bit sized pieces and combine with Dip

  4. Serve with Tortilla chips and enjoy

Recipe Notes

Feel free to use canned black beans or corn if you prefer.
