Who else loves avocado toast? Because I know for a fact that I do.
The other day, I went to the store and I was pondering on what recipe to share with you guys on the blog. I didn’t want the recipe to be difficult to make because not everyone loves standing in the kitchen, so I decided to keep things simple.
Father then suddenly put it in my heart to share my avocado toast recipe with you guys. And honestly, it’s one quick and ridiculously easy recipe to make–even a 4-year-old can prepare it.
It’s not all the time I eat this as my breakfast morning meal. However, each time I do, I find it to be very filling. Avocado is one fruit that is very rich in fiber. So if you’re wanting a meal that will fill you up for an entire morning, you should consider this recipe.
I honestly love it so much and I eat mine with eggs and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Because avocado on bread without seasoning does have a bland taste. However, it’s completely optional if choose to eat it with eggs.
Give this recipe a shot if you’re on the go and have no time to prepare breakfast. It will fill you up and you won’t have to worry about eating another meal your entire morning.
Feel free to experiment with this recipe by adding some extra ingredients to give it more flavor. Some ingredient suggestions I’d recommend are sausage, tomatoes, onions, bacon, or peanut butter. I promise you will these combinations.
Also, use any type of bread you feel most comfortable with. I personally prefer white bread over regular whole wheat bread because of the taste. However, I do find that using whole wheat bread does make you feel fuller.
Let me guys know if you give this recipe a try.
