I’ve been away for 5 months. To be honest, it feels like cobwebs have been around my blog. Thankfully, I came to clear things up around here.
I recently graduated college, so the past five months have been stressful for me. My final semester was spent carrying out tonz of projects and meetings. As a result, coffee seemed like the only thing I could live with.
Not only that, but after my accident (which I will discuss more about sometime in the future), I literally ordered in food most of the time.
However, now that I’m completely done with physical and occupational therapy, I felt I would share with you guys the coffee recipe that has kept me sane the last couple months.
This vanilla iced white chocolate mocha recipe is honestly for those who aren’t the biggest coffee lovers but want something to keep them up and alert throughout the day.
Being a person who absolutely detests the taste of black coffee and would rather drink tea, I prefer my coffee milky. And this recipe gives that perfect milky flavor.

To be honest, this vanilla iced white chocolate mocha recipe was inspired by Starbucks white chocolate mocha. When I was in college, white chocolate mocha was my go-to. I would order it with chocolate crossaint (which I heard has been discontinued) before class every morning.
However, since we are in a lockdown due to covid, I felt now would be the best time to do a Starbucks copycat recipe with a little twist.
Can you guess what the twist is?
You’re probably thinking vanilla extract… but it’s not vanilla extract. Instead, I used vanilla icecream.
Yes, you read that right… VANILLA ICECREAM.
It honestly makes a huge huge difference and gives this recipe a unique flavor that Starbucks white cholocolate mocha doesn’t give. I promise, you can’t go wrong on this one.
That being said, if you are a huge coffee lover and feel this recipe might be a little too milky for you, then I suggest reducing the quantity of icecream, white chocolate sauce and milk.

Vanilla Iced White Chocolate Mocha Recipe
Best white chocolate coffee recipe to jump start your morning.
- 3 oz Espresso
- 1 scoop Vanilla Icecream
- 1 tbsp White Chocolate Sauce
- 1 cup Ice cubes
- 1 cup plant-based milk (Almond milk)
- Whipped Cream topping
To a medium sized mason jar, add hot espresso, vanilla icecream and white chocolate sauce. Mix well until icecream fully melts in espresso.
Add in your cup of ice and milk. Stir until well-mixed.
Add some whipped cream topping.
Serve and enjoy!
