Spaghetti Sausage Recipe

Oh my goodness, it’s been ages since I put a food related post on here and I really apologize for slacking. I absolutely love cooking and in fact, I’ve been cooking a lot lately but haven’t had anytime to take pictures and upload recipes. From now on, I’m going to be more consistent with my food blog, so expect more recipes in the future.

Today’s post is going to be my all time favorite spaghetti recipe. Whenever I feel the need to make some type of pasta, I always jump on this recipe. It’s absolutely delicious and the best part is; it doesn’t take long to prepare.

 You would need:

  • 1 pound Chicken breast (diced)
  • 1 pound Smoked Sausage (diced)
  • 4 Sweet red peppers and 4 habanero peppers
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 16 oz package Spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • spices: ( 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp curry powder, 1/2 tsp thyme, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp garlic powder)

****just a disclaimer: Use as much or as little spices depending on your own serving size****



Bring a pot of water to a boil and throw in your uncooked spaghetti. Add a bit of canola oil to the water to prevent the spaghetti from sticking together. Add in salt and let the spaghetti sit until ready. Once the spaghetti is nice and soft, drain the water and set aside for the sauce.


Blend some peppers and onions together and set aside. To a pot, heat up canola oil and throw in some chopped onions. Add your spices and stirr for about a minute. Throw in your chopped chicken breast & sausages and fry until thoroughly cooked. Once done, throw in your blended pepper-onion mix and fry for about 30 minutes.

Combine the spaghetti and sauce together, then mix!

And you’re done!
