I absolutely love chicken Quesadilla. It’s one of those food recipes I rarely prepare but enjoy eating. Today was one of those days I decided to just use the left over tortillas I had sitting in the kitchen to make this recipe. Abe ate it all at one go and I barely could save some for later. This chicken Quesadilla is so easy to prepare and it takes less than 45 minutes to prepare.
You would need:
- 3 flour tortillas
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese
- 1 pound of chopped chicken breast
- spices (click here to see a list of spices I use)
CHICKEN QUESADILLA RECIPE | COOK TIME: 30minutes
Coat your chicken with spices and set aside. To a small frying pan, melt a quarter of butter, throw in your coated chicken breasts and cook until the chicken starts to brown.
Next, On medium heat, drizzle a tiny bit of oil onto a larger frying pan and drop in one tortilla at a time. Add some shredded cheese and a good quantity of cooked chicken breasts on one side of the tortilla. Put more cheese to cover up the chicken breast (this helps to seal up the tortilla). Flip over the side of the tortillas without any fillers onto the other side containing the cheese and chicken breast. Allow it to seal up and set aside.
Repeat the same process for the remaining ingredients.
Once done, cut up the Quesadillas into batches (depending on your preference) and serve.
voila! your chicken Quesadillas is now ready to be munched on.
