- 2 large cucumber with skin removed
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 2-3 cups water
- ¼ cup squeezed lemon juice
- 2 inches peeled ginger
- Throw all your ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
- Sieve mixture to remove any pulp (optional)
